Superintendent Company: L&M Development Partners Inc Location: Larchmont, NY Description: New York City Metro Area established residential developer / builder has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Superintendent. Candidate will supervise the field construction of a project. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, review and monitor the project with Project Manager & staff (includes schedule, safety, DOB requirements and quality of workmanship). Monitor the activities of subcontractors and suppliers (includes proper sequencing of trades, fabrication and lead time of materials and job orientation). Supervise field laborers. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to read and interpret contract documents. Overall knowledge of residential building construction.
