Description: CCE, Inc., a leading provider of contract staffing services in government construction, aviation, and operations support is seeking a variety of well qualified management level candidates in anticipation of an upcoming world wide project. We anticipate the following key positions but this is subject to change. Please note that overseas experience is required--domestic experience alone will not do. We anticipate that some, if not all, positions may require current secret clearance.
PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION MANAGERS
Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 6 years of professional experience in an OCONUS environment.
FACILITIES MANAGER:
Direct and coordinate facilities maintenance and repair, electrical and mechanical systems, utilities, work reception, customer service, computerized maintenance management, grounds, pest and environmental.
5 to 10 years of experience managing a large public works operation, preferably for the U.S. military in an OCONUS environment.
BS in Engineering or Management preferred.
LOGISTICS MANAGER
Manage day to day program supply operations. Ensures effectiveness of inventory control and management system. Coordinates spares and repairables program with maintenance, operations and procurement. Manages warehouse operations to include receipt, storage and issue.
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with five years related logistics management experience, or fifteen years logistics experience in the military field.
LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER
Manage day to day program life support activities to include facilities maintenance and repair, health, safety and environmental requirements in various OCONUS locations.
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with five years related life support management experience in an OCONUS environment, or fifteen years life support services experience in an OCONUS environment.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Manages the organization, planning and implementation of all purchasing / material activities including general purchasing, subcontract management, resources, financial controls and material management. Directs the development and control of policies, procedures, programs, systems and assures timely and economical procurement of all material, parts, assemblies, equipment and services as well as the timely planning, control and distribution of all materials, property and customer assets required for the program.
Oversees the review of proposals, negotiates prices, selects or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up orders placed, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records.
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with five years related procurement management experience in an OCONUS environment or fifteen years procurement experience in an OCONUS environment.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER:
Duties and Tasks (include but not limited to):
- Negotiate with architects, engineers, builders, contractors, and suppliers
- access and recommend payment to contractors during construction
- prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts; converting local currency to USD when needed
- act as consultant to foreign businesses and foreign governments
- prepare cost, construction, labor, and material costs
- advise on procurement strategy
- prepare contract documents
- understand the implications of health and safety regulations
- prepare budget and cost estimates
- analyze budget vs actual costs and provide cost saving measures
- research, develop and implement process controls
- Oversee Department and Department Heads of: Contracts, Purchasing & Acquisition, Construction, Logistics & Transportation, Safety, and Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Skills:
- able to make sound business decisions on foreign projects
- knowledgeable of foreign building construction techniques and materials
- awareness in foreign country customs
- understanding of foreign building regulations and other relevant legal guidelines
- well organized
- highly motivated self starter
- financial background in construction
- excellent communication & negotiating skills
- able to oversee and direct project managers to assure accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness to tasks
- leadership skills that also display integrity
- ability to motive team members
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related field, or equivalent is required
- 2 years experience working within construction, logistics, or operations management field in foreign countries
