Location: Las Vegas, NV Description: SR Construction, Inc. is actively seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager capable of specializing in our Healthcare, Hospitality and Federal Design / Build markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of design, estimating, scheduling, negotiating, and coordination of the entire preconstruction phase to define and meet client’s expectations for these markets. This individual shall coordinate Owners, Estimators, Consultants and Subcontractors through the entire preconstruction process in order to achieve our client’s goals. They should have a skill set beyond technical proficiency including capabilities of managing large, complex projects; have a degree in engineering or construction; strong communication skills; a minimum of 10 years in Federal Government, Hospitality or Healthcare experience with a demonstrated ability to succeed. The Preconstruction Manager must have a proven track record in preconstruction management, Design / Build delivery, estimating, scheduling, budget / cost control, client relationships, exceptional communication skills to include both written and verbal, computer skills, leadership and organizational skills. A minimum of 5 years Design / Build experience in dealing with government agencies, specifically DOD - Army, Navy, Air Force, VA, etc. is mandatory. An in-depth understanding of design / build preconstruction management services and the proposal submission process is essential in selecting the right candidate.
