Project Manager Company: Total Engineering Location: Landover, MD Description: The PM will work for a fast growing civil construction company specializing in excavation and site utilities with operations in the States of Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and Washington DC, servicing federal and local government and the private sector with projects ranging in value from $500,000 to $20,000,000. This position will be responsible for complete project management and all required controls for success and client satisfaction. The PM will perform the following tasks: Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or landscaping.
