Vertical Assistant Superintendent Tracking Code Riley - ASSUP Job Description The Assistant Superintendent for vertical construction is responsible for assisting the Superintendent with on-site management of all vertical construction, including quality control, adherence to RCI standards, plan reviews, value engineering, scope of work, contract review, budget management, job scheduling and adherence to schedule, safety practices, job site cleanliness and production. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is required. Certified OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training. Knowledge of local contractors and suppliers, commercial best practice techniques, and construction methods and codes, strongly preferred. Working knowledge Microsoft Office. Required Experience 2+ years experience in construction field, with hands-on and supervisory experience is preferred. Proven ability to read and understand building plans and specifications. Job Location Fort Riley, KS, US. Position Type Full-Time / Regular
