Description:
Position Responsibilities:Individual must be able to run Prima Vera scheduling and analyze data including critical paths. Analysis of EVMS performance reports and variance analysis / reporting is a requirement. The position also requires a solid understanding of EVMS requirements. Ensures that costs are charged to the correct accounts and makes corrections as required. Prepare cost trends and forecasts to complete based on trends and other data.Required Qualifications:15 years of Cost Engineering / Scheduling experience working on large complex projects. Working knowledge of project control's fundamentals including work breakdown structure, integration of schedule and cost elements, budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis. Desired Qualifications:BS Degree in Engineering, Construction, Construction Management or Business is desired but not required.
