Concrete Foreman -

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Description:
Concrete Construction Company licensed as residential and commercial contractor looking for experienced project foreman. Qualifications needed: Working Foreman willing to participate in all aspects of project requirements Experience in all aspects of concrete construction Extensive knowledge in plan review Knowledgeable in residential and commerical building layout Form setting Backhoe operation Experienced finisher Experienced Block Layer - a plus Knowledge of local zoning requirements Ability to designate job duties Understanding of project requirements for change orders Employee and Customer communication skills Support teamwork environment / Works well with staff Able to train new employees with limited knowledge Drivers License Required Personal tools available for daily use Weekends and overtime may be required We are a family owned business looking for a loyal employee that has an understanding of the demands of a small company. We will provide a company vehicle as long has applicant has valid drivers license. Hours may vary upon work load demands. Weekly payroll.
