CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT -

Location: Charlotte, NC

Description:
Seeking Construction Superintendent in Charlotte, NC area. Must be experienced in commercial and residential construction. Will be responsible for day-to-day operations including but not limited to: scheduling, managing submittals, coordinating the delivery of equipment and materials daily reports, safety including reporting unsafe conditions. Completes daily reports and submits to the Project Manager. Documents work performed, description and location of work, weather conditions, test performed, instructions given by the customer, and reports any work delays and the reasons for such delays. Maintains constant vigilance on employees? utilization of personal protective equipment. Ensures all equipment has proper guards, rollover protection, etc. Briefs subcontractors on proper safety procedures and following up to ensure compliance. Person also needs to have handyman skills to be able to provide punch work when necessary. Computer experience helpful. Salary based on experience. Fax resume to -Register to view-
