Assistant Superintendent-Bilingual-Spanish Company: AppleOne Location: Temecula, CA Description: Job Description:Assistant SuperintendentStart as assistant Superintendent with quick promotion for the right individual to a Superintendent Position. Must have knowledge of all various construction trades: framing, plumbing, flooring, drywall, etc. Perfect candidate will thrive on a fast paced environment, fluency in both English and Spanish desired, live in Riverside County, and own a reliable clean looking vehicle. Minimum four years experience as a customer service tech for a major home builder. Zero tolerance drug policy. Duties: Budget, schedule, oversee and, negotiate with vendors. Interact with Owners Interact with Inspectors and the Building Department. Work from the field and your home office.
