Description:
Handyman / Assistant Superintendent Wanted for Midtown Luxury Residential Building. Must have experience in all building trades. Plumbing experience a plus. Union Position with Benefits. 1 Bedroom apartment included with position. Candidate must be able to perform painting, carpentry, masonry, electrical and plumbing repairs. Candidate will report to Resident manager.  Must have good interaction skills Must also be able to work independently as well as with a team, and be a self-starter.  Positive attitude and appearance is necessary.  Proficiency in written and spoken English is required in order to communicate effectively with tenants.
