Description:
A small Richmond based Construction Company is looking for an Experienced Commercial / Multifamily SUPERINTENDENT needed for mutlifamily and commercial upfit projects. Duties include overseeing subcontractors, ensuring units are complete and punched out, hot checked and turned. Other duties include window, door and appliance adjustment, cleaning or other duties as needed. This is a temporary opportunity with possibility of full time employment dependent on performance and economy. Experience in multifamily construction a must and punch-out completion experience a plus. Immediate start date. For consideration please forward resume, project list and salary history.
