Project Engineer Company: Company Confidential Location: Lima, OH Description: Project Engineer: INEOS Lima Chemicals seeks a Nitriles Project Engineer for its Lima, OH location. Nitriles is a global Chemicals business with sales volume of 1100 kte and revenue in excess of $780 MM. The products include acrylonitrile, hydrogen cyanide, and acetonitrile. The business has manufacturing operations in Texas, Ohio, Germany, and England. The Project Engineer?s primary role in this position is providing project management services for "works" type maintenance and capital projects. The position also provides technical support for operations, and support of other Business Unit improvement efforts. Postion accountabilities include: delivering execution in all aspects of assigned projects, including project execution planning, estimate assurance, project cost & schedule control, project reporting, and risk analysis; providing support and use the Plant Project and Capital Value processes to achieve good capital productivity on assigned projects; as well as planning and leading the development of contracting, purchasing, engineering / design, construction and inspection / QC strategies and implementation / administration of associated contracts and activities. The target pay range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 based on knowledge, skills and abilities. Successful candidates must possess a BS in Engineering or related field and have a minimum of ten years relevant project management experience. Strong organizational skills as well as good communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of people inside and outside organization are also required.
