Description: Title: FSM / TD Space Planner Location: USA-New Mexico, Albuquerque In this position, you will be responsible for Site and Tactical Planning of a Manufacturing Campuses. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Driving campus and site-wide space analysis and space optimization solutions for our business customers (growth assessment and / or positioning plans) - Supporting the preparation of the Facilities Strategic Plan - Leading the development and implementation of the Site Tactical Plan - Serving as primary Planning Consultant to local business unit managers and finance for campus and site-wide issues - Performing space inventory and headcount collection in support of Site Tactical Plan - Developing and implementing campus and building tactical space plans - Facilitating space negotiations between business unit occupants - Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of building projects - Serving as the single-point-of-contact for customer space representatives in assigned campuses and / or buildings - Being accountable for the integrity of your campus / building data in the OPUS database This is a 2010 Recent College Graduate position. You must possess a minimum 3. 5 GPA (on a 4. 0 scale) Bachelor of Science Industrial Engineering degree. Required: The following minimum experience obtained through relevant job / internship experience(s). -1 yr in Microsoft Office* suite as well as ability to use visualization applications such as Auto-CAD -1 yr performing space data analysis and manipulation using Microsoft Excel* -1yr application of sound engineering principles Unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship Desirable: - Highly proficient in turning large quantities of data into actionable information - Good interpersonal skills, as well as experience in influencing customers - Ability to establish, build and maintain business relationships, and strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) - Experience in influencing customers and brokering complex agreements with various stakeholders desired - 1 yr knowledge and or use of database programs such as Microsoft Access would be an added advantage - Values safety for yourself and others around you
