REQUIREMENTS *** Working knowledge of cost estimating. *** High School Degree with a minimum of 10 years bridge construction experience. *** NICET construction certification. *** NJDOT roadway and bridge construction experience *** General knowledge of construction activities with the ability to process change orders *** General computer knowledge; must be able to use Microsoft Office Software.
