Make your next move to Raytheon! Job Description: Program Operations for RACR Programs. Utilizes technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues and to transition developmental programs into high volume production. Supports proposal activities, Gate Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, and Program Performance Reviews (PPRs). Submits quarterly PROP inputs; tracks and reports on-time weekly and monthly delivery metrics; provides input for program operations reviews. Interfaces directly with performing manufacturing organizations across the country on delivery requirements, budgets and schedules. Manages hardware manufacturing across various Raytheon manufacturing sites; manages cross-functional teams comprised of personnel from Supply Chain Management, Finance, Quality, and Engineering. Facilitates interface between Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) Operations organizations to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction. Serves as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) utilizing EVMS to manage programs. Basic Qualifications: - Transitioning developmental programs into high volume production - Serving as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) utilizing EVMS to manage programs - Building and / or assembling hardware experience - Utilizing Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) - Managing projects - Aerospace / Defense industry experience - Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance with the ability to receive Special Access to the Program Required Education: - (Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of engineering and / or manufacturing experience) OR (Associate's degree and 12+ years of engineering and / or manufacturing experience) OR (High School Diploma / GED and 16+ years of engineering and / or manufacturing experience) OR (Master's degree and 6+ years of engineering and / or manufacturing experience).
