NO 3RD PARTY OR AGENCY RESUMES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS ROLE!Overview: Senior SharePoint Architect to assist with a large scale rollout of MOSS 2007. Focus is on transitioning existing web internet sites into MOSS based solutions including migration processes, collection of technical requirements, development of detailed deployment plan, technical & strategic support for the migration and technical troubleshooting for site applications. Responsibilities: Provide best practices and solution options for building out MOSS 2007 based Internet sites at the infrastructure, application, and front end levels. Provide advisory services to internal resources for migrating, updating and supporting the sites.Provide guidance on migrating SharePoint 2003 sites to 2007.Troubleshoot issues in a variety of arenas including infrastructure, configuration, migration, functionality, customization,Provide guidance within all functional areas of SharePoint 2007 including: Search, Content Management, Document Management, Business Intelligence, Business Processes, Forms, Portals and CollaborationPerform hands on configuration, development, and testing for the solution.Provide training and knowledge transfer to technical and end usersPresent options and solutions to senior management using business-based terminology Qualifications: 8-10 years MS based technical development and architectural experience3 years solid MOSS 2007 experienceWeb Part customization and configurationWorkflow creation, configuration and customization in MOSS 2007Broad functional expertise in all aspects of MOSS 2007MOSS 2007 installation and configuration experiencePrevious experience with SharePoint 2003 desiredFront end MOSS 2007 customization experience desiredUsing MOSS as a public facing Internet platform desiredForms development in InfoPath 2007 desiredWorkflow integration with InfoPath 2007 desiredMOSS 2007 to SAP integration desired Minimum 3 years experience with additional development experience in other areas highly preferred (.NET, HTML, JavaScript, XML, etc.)Prior consulting experience required
