Future Operations Planner Company: ITT Industries Advanced Engineering & Sciences Location: Arlington, VA Description: Responsible for the current joint operations. Reviews and applies approved tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs) for joint and coalition forces on the battlefield. Duties include the management of forward operational teams ensuring IED Defeat material and resource solutions are operating as expected and requirements for modifications or new environments are adequately transferred to joint and coalition forces. Defines the current TTPs and concept of operations for blue team analysis of war gaming; providing an accurate picture of current Joint IED Defeat technology and procedures for accurate war gaming assessment and gap analysis. Updates the Joint Common Operational Picture (JCOP) for Iraq and Afghanistan and transmits analysis of the JCOP to required CoCom, DoD, Service and Coalition customers. Provides operational expertise to JIEDDO division requiring current assessments of operations, TTPs and responsiveness of equipment and procedures to the IED threat. Performs duties as assigned. AES16157 Experience Requirements: Requirements: - Candidate must have Secret clearance (TS preferred) with the DoD and a current SSBI within the last five years - Candidate must have a minimum Bachelors Degree with a Masters Degree preferred - Personnel must have 10-15 years of experience. Experience with the military, DOD, and Federal Government agencies is preferred - Strong Written and Oral communications skills required Top Secret Clearance preferred.
