Responsibilities: Planner must demonstrate the ability to work in and be challenged by a team-based environment, which places high degree of emphasis on accountability for customer service levels, inventory management, cost reduction and quality / GMP compliance. Reconcile Supplier Invoices and Receipts. Update Purchase Orders in Oracle. Generate Various Reports in Excel. Track / Status / Prioritize Material in the manufacturing plant. Experiencing in heavy planning, shop floor controls, forecasting, manage resources / vendors and all inventories (GF, WIP, Raw) to achieve team and business goals with suppliers. Maintain strong lines of communication with teammates, vendors, business units, cost accounting, IT, QA, customer service and distribution to ensure that all ideas and issues are addressed. Maintain all material control-related systems to reflect changes of customer demand. Interface with Quality Assurance to work quality related issues. Qualifications: BA / BS degree in Engineering. Demonstrate the ability to manage large amounts of data. Highly detail oriented. Strong background in using Excel (i.e. pivot tables, vlookups, etc). Experience using an ERP system, with Oracle desired Must have planning and manufacturing experience for data analysis. 1+ years in purchasing / supplier management experience is a plus. Prior experience in a in a regulated environment (FDA, FAA, etc.) and involving the procurement of make to print items. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required. Self-starter that can work under minimal supervision with good listening and communication skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and superior organizational and planning skills; Basic understand of engineering practices.
