Assistant Project Manager/Estimator -

Description:
Entry Level - Architectural and / or H.V.A.C. ? Assistant Project Manager / Estimator position open at a mid-size well established Sheet Metal Contractor Located in the East Bay POSITION QUALIFICATIONS ? The successful Asst Project Manager(s) will have a minimum of 0-2 years of Architectural and / or Mechanical project management. ? It is essential that the ideal candidate must have some experience in the Commercial and Light Commercial construction industry ? Must be capable of handling multiple projects / tasks simultaneously. ? The qualified candidate must have experience with the average project size from 10,000 to 500,000. ? Must have the ability to review and process submittals; RFI?s; COs; and daily correspondence. ? Must be a self-starter with a high level of integrity and be relationship driven. ? Should be motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Must have a clean DMV COMPENSATION: Salary DOE + Health Care, 401K.
