Construction Superintendent - Electrical/Mechanical Company: OnPoint Search Group Inc Location: Atlanta, GA Description: SUMMARY: Direct onsite supervision / coordination of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors. ESSENTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (?Incidental job duties may be included but must be indicated. Other essential and incidental job duties may be assigned.) ·Manage and coordinate on-site contractors / vendors on a daily basis. ·Work with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for inspections, permitting, finals, coordination of traffic etc. ·Maintain progress in accordance with schedule. ·Serve as on-site point of-contact for management as well as client regarding progress of the work, ?two week look ahead? and arrival of equipment. ·Assure quality control of work in place by working with QC manager ·Maintain a safe work site. ·Keep a current, red-lined set of posted drawings and specifications. ·Provide feedback / reports to management ·Conduct weekly project meetings with the subcontractors and vendors and provide meeting minutes. Prepare and submit daily reports. ·Professional appearance and attitude required. Must be able to thrive in situations where multiple demands are everyday.
