Job Description: Real Estate Investment Firm is seeking Draftsperson / Digital Graphic Art Administrator. Position to start on a part time basis 3 days a week. Location: San Rafael, California Qualifications: ? Applicants must have 4+ years of experience with Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Power Point. ? Applicant must be able to create and edit site plans, floor plans, and elevation drawings. ? Basic working understanding of Architecture and Construction. Preferred Skills: ? 2D & 3D Digital graphic animation experience. ? Digital special effects experience. ? Ability to self manage work load and is self motivated. ? Experience creating Power Point presentations for public viewing. ? Good working understanding of Architectural terms and concepts. ? Good working understanding of Construction terms and methods. ? Experience creating timelines and organizing chronology of events. ? Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Earth. ? Wed design experience, with Dreamweaver, HTML, and Flash. Appliance shall provide salary requirements, resume, portfolio, and all other related examples of Autocad drafting and graphic art work when contacting us regarding this position.
