Description:
Full-Time 8:00 - 5:00 Day Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 5 or more years experience in Healthcare Construction Management required. With a minimum of 15 years construction experience. Provide input for conceptual planning for future projects including cost budgeds and preliminary schedules. Prepare all contract documents. Maintain projects schedules for all projects and coordinate with project planning group. Review project document development by architects / engineers (A / E Quality Control). Project supervision at the contractor level insuring quality control. Attend senior management meetings and planning sessions. Provide management leadership to department staff. Conduct yearly performance appraisals for department staff.
