	Job Details Job Title: Quality Control Technician (Ri Company: Picerne Military Housing Location: North Kingstown, RI Job ID: 20945 Salary: Within Range Job Location: Fort Riley, KS Refer this job to a friend Job Description: The purpose of the position is to ensure the delivery of quality homes and facilities by Picerne Military Housing employees and sub-contract employees to the service members and their families residing on the Post. The Quality Control Technician, will work under the direction of the Quality Control Manager and the Director of Health and Safety – Quality Control to ensure that all employees and subcontractors adhere to the Picerne Military Housing Quality Control plans and specifications, applicable building codes and local and State guidelines regulating the construction of new homes, renovations of existing homes, land development and all other activities within the leased areas The position will strengthen our relationship with the Army by highlighting our commitment to the delivery of a quality product to the service members and their families. The Quality Control Technician will also enhance company profitability by maintaining the efficiency of operating a controlled worksite. Required Skills: Construction and site work related qualification / certification is required. Quality Control Management program and OSHA Standards of Construction is preferred. Familiar with the International residential Code, International Building Code, National Electric Code and National Fire Prevention Code. Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience Required: BA /BS or Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
