MAJOR DUTIES

Performs in the general repair of installed appliances such as air-conditioners, washing machines, clothes dryers, refrigerators, and water pumps.
Reports appliances requiring other than on-site repair or that are non-repairable, to supervisory personnel for replacement action.
Makes repairs, within capabilities, to contractor-owned housing furniture and furnishings.
Test water to ensure correct chemical solution is maintained. Adds chemical, as required, to maintained correct levels.
Orders repair parts, as required from Site Manager. Ensures correct parts are ordered and monitors status of parts on order.
Notifies supervisor of any problems that occur.
Perform other duties as required.
