Job Title: Lead Technical Architect - Interactive Capabilities Company: American Express Location: Phoenix, AZ Description: The Lead Technical Architect position contributes to the delivery of well-designed software that evolves and enhances the online experience for American Express customers. Specifically supporting development of new and existing internet based capabilities required to support the interactive vision associated with the Digital Transformation Project (International).• Responsible for the technical direction of the assigned interactive platform, providing consulting expertise, and leveraging business and technical knowledge to support business strategies and deliver business value. The candidate plays an integral role in building and enhancing the infrastructure required to support the interactive platform in terms of robustness, scalability, availability and efficiency.• Has responsibility for ensuring that the engineered environment meets the specification in terms of business requirements, application design, and infrastructure requirements• Ensures that platform supported meet the business, technical and infrastructure needs by overseeing the health and well-being of the technical infrastructure.
