Job Title: Project Architect Company: Location: Eugene, OR Description: Seeking Project Architect w/ min10 yrs experience to work under Design Director for design-build company in Southern Oregon. Must have experience taking DoD projects from start of design through completion using the ?United Facilities Criteria?, ?Air National Guard Design Policy? and related DoD design standards. The position requires a broad technical background and experience in various functions; a full and in-depth understanding of the Corps of Engineers procedures and the Congressional authorization and appropriation processes; and a strong management background. Required to integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan that is fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the District. Sets project budgets and schedules and serves as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customers and other external agencies on assigned projects.

Job Title: Landscape Architect or Designer Company: Location: Portland, OR Description: Property Management Company seeks a Landscape Architect or Designer to help us develop a plan to rehab the grounds in a minimalistic way using rock and drought resistant planting materials. This property is in NE Portland, 7.5 acres, and has 26 apartment buildings on it. There is existing landscaping and some plantings in place. There is no sprinkler system. We are requesting bids for a design plan and/or the actual work to implement the plan either separately or together. Must be reasonably priced in this budget conscious economy. Referrals welcome.
