Location: Miami Dade Territory, FL Description: National General Contractor established in 1987 specialized in high end Retail Tenant Improvements, is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent Assistant, who has extensive high end retail construction background. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in supervision, coordination of contractors and layout. Only accepting resumes with retail experience. Please attached a separate list of the projects that includes the name of the retail store, location and the year. The Florida job is from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. The candidate has to be within driving distance to Miami Dade territory no more than 45 minutes. Salary and bonus is negotiable based on your experience. No Need to Relocate.
