Prepare and check assembly and parts drawings.RESPONSIBILITIES + Prepare and check assembly and parts drawings per sketches, customer drawings and descriptions+ Revise and check assembly and part drawings per customer or factory revisions requests+ Prepare and check bills of material for newly created or revised drawings+ Assist sales, marketing and manufacturing with problems concerning design of product+ Provide layout drawings to resolve design issues+ Cross check drawings and bill of materialsREQUIREMENTS High school graduate with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience Must have CAD drafting experience; SolidWorks experience or education strongly preferred Knowledge of basic refrigeration systems and its components a plus PC proficient, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint necessary Must be able to communicate effectively Must be flexible, problem solving oriented, acceptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements as necessary. Must be able to read, write and comprehend fractions and decimals, interpret drawings and check accuracy. The successful candidate will have the ability to appraise quality, logic and cost effectiveness of their design and drafting work. In this role, you will assist Breaker Engineering Department personnel to assure proper execution of the design, compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Requires the ability to create complex parts, assemblies and bills of material. Must be detail oriented and take ownership of projects.
