SUMMARY
The Dynalectric Atlanta General Manager is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of this $20 million subsidiary including business development, estimating, project management, engineering, purchasing, warehouse and accounting.

SUCCESS FACTORS

ESTIMATING & NEW WORK - Understands the takeoff process, reads and analyzes specifications, has supervised the compilation and review of major project estimates. Demonstrated experience in soliciting work from customers and closing jobs outside of a public bid environment.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Strong knowledge and experience in electrical construction management. Articulates the importance of pre-planning, labor production management, material handling, and change order management.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT - Exposure to profit and loss reporting, cash management and functioning of business management functions.
