Plan and coordinate disruptions to utility services as needed to keep construction progress on schedule timeline and to minimize disruption to ongoing VA operations; prepare forecast and estimate the number of man hours and materials needed to correct workmanship deficiencies prior to final certification or work; maintain an inventory of materials, supplies and equipment and monitors the quantity of materials used in the general administration and conduct of office operations.
