The selected individual will supervise and coordinate projects, manage a team, and promote the interests of the company. Other duties and responsibilities include:

• Upon introduction of the project, to establish and maintain effective relationships with the Owner and the Consultants
• Liaise with and report to the Joint Managing Directors
• Self perform or cause to be performed the estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost reporting, and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the projects under your direction
• Review all contractual matters with the Joint Managing Directors prior to execution
• Scheduling for each project, including updating the progress schedule on a periodic basis
• Maintain complete understanding of the General Contract and all terms of the Subcontractors
• Establish quality control programs and a daily construction reporting system
• Establish and monitor administrative procedures for the project
• Establish and maintain prompt and precise applications for payment to the Owner and tracking of funds received

• Graduate degree from a technical institution in engineering or architecture
• 10 years of building construction experience, primarily buildings incorporating a working knowledge of materials, construction means and methods, computer usage, and scheduling
• Knowledge in: estimating, purchasing, construction scheduling, line and grade, accounting, engineering and architectural principles and techniques, and an outstanding ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Must be capable, aggressive, and personable with the ability to handle multiple, diverse sub-projects

Responsibilities

• Manage all residential projects and site development.
• Plan, organize, and report the on-site construction management activities directly related to residential photovoltaic projects.
• Oversee management of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure projects are in full conformance with plans, specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Supervise, coordinate and direct superintendent and managerial staff.
• Complete direction and development of residential photovoltaic projects from initial stages to final commissioning.
• Identify means and methods to reduce costs, minimize risks, and increase speed of execution.

Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of experience in construction management of multiple-discipline construction projects.
• Minimum of a 2 year Associates Degree; BA or BS degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management/Science preferred.
• Experience in PV system and basic working knowledge of power generation a plus.
• Knowledge in state and city codes, regulations, insurance issues, and permitting issues required.
• Experience leading a large team in PV installation.
• Ability to guide and lead complete construction efforts from estimating, management and scheduling skills.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• A personal commitment to a safe working environment.
• Strong computer application skills including MS Office Suite; Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Detail oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills.
• Periodic domestic and international travel may be required in support of sales and projects.

The Neighborhood Manager has full day-to-day operational responsibility and accountability for property and fiscal management of a designated military family housing neighborhood. The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of sound operating and fiscal procedures, the direct and indirect supervision of all neighborhood staff, development and maintenance of strong resident/family relations, preparation and implementation of annual operating and capital budgets, neighborhood-wide maintenance program and adherence to all required government and military regulations.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. Equivalent long-term related industry experience will be considered. A professional designation of, or active candidacy for, Residential Apartment Manager, Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Property Manager or equivalent industry certification is preferred. Minimal travel required - approximately 10% of the time. Proficient in Microsoft Office is required and YARDI or other similar industry software is preferred. Valid driver's license is required.

Experience Required:

3+ years of on-site property management experience with a minimum of 300 units with a professional management organization. Proven success with supervising and mentoring staff, excellent interpersonal, management, and conflict resolution skills.

Job Summary:
Responsible for all facets of multiple Design/Build construction projects. • Managing all project administration key processes:
• Correspondence with Owner, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors and permitting authorities
• Process and follow up all RFI’s
• Process and aggressively negotiate all Requests for Change Orders
• Administer Budget and Cost Controls, including accurate Project Cash Flow and ETC Forecasting
• Ensure that all contract documents are kept current with all trades and design disciplines
• Safety program and safety meetings
• Experience with Timberline estimating or equivalent software preferred
• Ability to meet strict deadlines

Strong computer skills are required with preference given to Timberline Estimating software and Accounting applications, P3 Scheduling, AUTO CAD, AGTEC Earthwork software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication. Valid driver's license required

Experience Required:

15 + years experience in light commercial construction, single and multi family construction is required. Must have experience in pre-construction duties, cost control and possess a thorough understanding of architectural design and structural engineering methods, building code requirements and ADA code application. Five of these years should have been in field operations. Proven success in working at a geographically separated site communicating with corporate executives is strongly preferred.
