The Senior Project Manager will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from a technical institution in engineering or architecture
  • 10 years of building construction experience, primarily buildings incorporating a working knowledge of materials, construction means and methods, computer usage, and scheduling
  • Knowledge in: estimating, purchasing, construction scheduling, line and grade, accounting, engineering and architectural principles and techniques, and an outstanding ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

Duties:
• Plan overall construction schedule and schedule development

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is required. . Strong computer skills are required with preference given to Timberline Estimating software and Accounting applications, P3 Scheduling, AUTO CAD, AGTEC Earthwork software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication. Valid driver's license required

Experience Required:

15 + years experience in light commercial construction, single and multi family construction is required. Must have experience in pre-construction duties, cost control and possess a thorough understanding of architectural design and structural engineering methods, building code requirements and ADA code application. Five of these years should have been in field operations. Proven success in working at a geographically separated site communicating with corporate executives is strongly preferred.
