Duties:Three (3) part time positions available in 3 different geographical areas:  Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Upper Midwest regions of U.S.  Positions require self-starting professionals needing minimal remote supervision, having experience working with owners in all major project phases (planning, design, and construction).  Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills related to design and construction of buildings and site infrastructure.  Proven track record in providing construction management services in both design and construction phases.   In-depth understanding and experience of project management processes, resulting in a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.   Knowledge of building construction, materials and systems.  Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings and specifications.  Travel required to meet with owners' representatives during individual site visits to review project master schedules, budgets, A/E deliverables, and to conduct worksite inspections in quality assurance role to assess contractors' progress against CPM schedules, quality control effectiveness, as well as enforce Davis-Bacon and Buy American Act requirements.  Required to draft site visit reports and collect/organize project documentation.  Excellent oral and written skills are a must.
