Job Title: Construction Manager with EE Background Company: Kforce Professional Staffing, Inc. Location: Atlanta, GA Description: We are looking for an Manager to handle conversion projects that consists of working with the carrier to track and document every piece of equipment within the cell site using Oracle through the upgrade and conversion to GSM-UMTS and LTE. This individual will develop and identify Front End engineering development site survey documentation and database information based solutions for equipment and component requirements for project markets' sites. The role will identify and select appropriate corresponding Oracle EPL ordering system based approved equipment and component selection part numbers. The Manager will update the working Excel based data package with equipment and component quantities and part numbers appropriate to the market project sites and review with engineering development and market project participants for accuracy and completeness for submittal for customer approval and Oracle EPL order entry. Manages and coordinates the overall planning, programming, design and building processes of construction projects. Ensures requisite permits and approvals are obtained. Regularly monitors and manages the activities of the projects for safety, budget, scope, schedule, quality and general contract compliance from planning through user occupancy. Manages budget, procurement and payment applications. Manages construction delivery system and procurement process. Resolves conflicts between project participants and ensures user group satisfaction. Maintain/complete Project Notebooks, files, JCAHO compliance and Infection Control Evaluations. Coordinate/oversee training of all maintenance and engineering staff and facilitate start-up activities. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Construction, Design, Project Management or related field; or equivalent 5 years experience within a healthcare environment. Provides leadership, oversight and technical expertise to the Construction Project Managers and facilitates coordination with the Preconstruction, Estimating and Design Team. Manages and coordinates the overall planning, programming, design and building processes of construction projects. Ensures requisite permits and approvals are obtained. Regularly monitors and manages the activities of the projects for safety, budget, scope, schedule, quality and general contract compliance from planning through user occupancy. Leads and manages construction delivery system and procurement process. Resolves conflicts between project participants and ensures user group satisfaction. Coordinate relationships between all design and construction entities, utility providers, equipment manufacturers, inspection agencies and Code officials to provide a construction project which meets budget, schedule and design parameters.
