We are looking for an Manager to handle conversion projects that consists of working with the carrier to track and document every piece of equipment within the cell site using Oracle through the upgrade and conversion to GSM-UMTS and LTE. This individual will develop and identify Front End engineering development site survey documentation and database information based solutions for equipment and component requirements for project markets' sites. The role will identify and select appropriate corresponding Oracle EPL ordering system based approved equipment and component selection part numbers. The Manager will update the working Excel based data package with equipment and component quantities and part numbers appropriate to the market project sites and review with engineering development and market project participants for accuracy and completeness for submittal for customer approval and Oracle EPL order entry. Candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA and must have the following requirements: Understanding of GSM/UMTS, worked for a GSM Carrier or OEM in past Understanding of what is in a cell site, all working components (whether CDMA or GSM), and can explain the lay-out Experience as an equipment engineer or equipment coordinator tracking progress of building sites Experience with equipment engineering Expansion or upgrade project experience
