College graduate or equivalent construction/project management experience ? Minimum of 2 years' construction management experience ? Working knowledge of construction bidding process, permitting and zoning processes, and green building ? Familiarity with applicable local building codes (structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, federal ADA accessibility, etc.) ? Working knowledge of HUD grants and related construction compliance requirements (Section 504, Davis-Bacon, Lead-Based Paint, etc.) ? Valid Tennessee driver's license, good driving record, and a minimum of $50,000 in vehicle liability insurance ? Proficient in computerized construction management software and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Physical requirements include the ability to: ? sit for long periods of time ? reach overhead and at/below shoulder ? walk 1/4 mile ? climb and descend stairs ? bend ? stoop, and ? lift up to 20 lbs.
