The Real Estate Construction Administration (RECAD) function is responsible for comprehensive credit risk management (consist principally of formal periodic reviews of individual loans, construction administration, and construction documentation compliance and tracking) of an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate loans that require monitoring, administration and servicing through the construction, development and/or stabilization phase(s).
