Will be responsible for coordinating contract documentation, processes, awarded contracts, execution and closeouts. Coordinate and maintain bid lists and all other bid documents. Issue contracts for bid meetings and create contract award documents for various vendors. Maintain insurance documents for each project and all other required paperwork. Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience with contract administration and have strong negotiating skills with the knowledge of contract conditions.
