Job Title: Construction Administrator Company: Bovis Lend Lease Location: Jacksonville, NC Description:   Assist the project Engineer and or Construction Manager as directed in maintaining the project’s design and construction controls and procedures and for bidding, buyout, construction contract preparation and processing,  tracking of the distribution of plans and bulletins,  posting of requests for information, tracking and reporting of punchlist and warranty related matters, preparation of project closeout documents and other required information tracking. Create/Prepare outgoing correspondence to the government, subcontractors, and other outside entities, ensuring accuracy, quality and professionalism of work.
