Job Title: licensed General contractor needed project inspections Company: Location: Columbus, OH Description: I need a licensed General Contractor to help over see and inspect final jobs. work would would include measuring jobs for estimates, taking before and after pictures, doing walk through's to insure work is completed in a timely fashion. Some jobs can also be excepted to complete yourself. I'll pay you 150-250 a job just to spend a couple hours insuring compliance with our codes and specifications. All you have to do is go to job sites and measure them and help create estimates, drawings when needed for decks,fences,garages. Also to check in to insure the crews are working. This can be a extreme part time thing that can net 1000-2500 monthly working 3-5 hours weekly. Must be a licensed General Contractor in State of OHIO and be current on your license and insurance.
