The contract administrator will answer all incoming calls and will serve as support staff for the project managers. This is NOT and entry level position....if you have never sold a roof before please do not call. If you want to work in a no BS environment at a FAIR commission rate then we need to talk. You need to be able to do the job without having your hand held....if you need to ask what that is, then this position is not for you. What we don't make you do: Pull permits, supplement (we supplement and we are good at it), pay for our crews mistakes, put up with office BS asking you to do all of their work, find and schedule subs. We understand that you are in SALES not administration, your time needs to be maximized at selling we will handle the details. We get roofs on fast, our roofs pass inspection and we do good roofs, we get a ton of referrals based on the performance of our install crews.
