Job Title: Supervisory Contract Specialist Company: Location: Richland, WA Description: The selected candidate will work as a Supervisory Contract Specialist with the primary responsibility for supervising and managing personnel in the Acquisition Management Division.  The Director determines policy, approves procedures, and directs and manages the accomplishment of the Division's functions and certain other ORP associated activities.  Within delegated authority, makes commitments of Government funds to onsite and offsite contractors.  Contracts negotiated and administered pertain to research and development, architect/engineering, construction, operations, and related services ranging in type from fixed price, formally advertised to negotiated cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-award-fee contracts; other incentive type contracts; cost sharing contracts; and grants.  Projects for which the incumbent makes decisions are valued in the multi-billion dollar range and have a significant impact upon all ORP's programs.
