Job Title: Cost Planner/Construction Estimator Company: Bovis Lend Lease Location: Honolulu, HI Description: The Cost Planner is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the estimating staff in support of the Project Manager and is accountable for the overall outcome of the estimates and project schedules for all project proposals, CDMPs and exclusive negotiation.In accordance with the Lend Lease Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Vision, this position is also responsible for demonstrating the IIF Vision in all aspects of their work as well as helping to hold their colleagues accountable for safe outcomes.

Job Title: ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR Company: Location: Honolulu, HI Description: Electrical Estimator wanted for small family-owned and -operated electrical contracting business. Must have extensive knowledge in electrical field (primarily residential and commercial, some industrial) and experience with estimating functions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (primarily Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook). Pay package to be determined based on structure of employment contract (either "freelance" or full-time employee). Out-of-state individuals need not apply.

Job Title: $80K+ Sr. Construction Estimator Company: Location: Honolulu, HI Description: Position: Senior Construction Estimator Location: Honolulu, HI Pay Scale: $80-100K, Plus Full-Benefits Package Work Hours: M to F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Senior Construction Estimator is responsible for overseeing the Estimating Department of our firm. We are looking for someone who has worked strictly in an Estimating position, performing Estimating duties for at 90% of their job duties. Responsibilities: (1) Must have expertise in estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing, (2) Ability to reconcile/negotiate complicated bids, taking order of magnitude estimates from conceptual bidding through final estimate and project planning experience, (3) Understands all facets of estimating: Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, & Electrical. Prepares, & (4) Maintains comprehensive estimates, budgets, and schedules for a variety of projects including hotels, resorts, commercial, office and mixed use projects.
