Job Title: Construction Foreman - Paper Mill Company: URS Location: Little Rock, AR Description: Education - 2 years of specialized construction training or an equivalent amount of experience.Experience - 10 years as a general construction superintendant or foreman; 5 or more of those years must be in an industrial setting such as a paper mill.Demonstrated experience as a company representative during plant construction activities managing - oversight of contractor safety - monitoring contractor schedules - supervising junior staff - assisting in preparation of essential paperwork - serving as a liason between plant operations, maintenance, engineering and the contractor Job Description : Supervise construction activities at a Paper Mill interfacing between the contractor and mill departments, assuring that construction proceeds according to established schedules, adhering to safety regulations and is completed on time and on budget. This position will be responsible for supervising a junior engineer in the mill.
