Duties will include: Organize job on a daily basis, scheduling manpower, materials and equipment as required to safely and efficiently complete work. Know details at least three days ahead. Track and control costs of labor, material, equipment etc. including tracking of employee’s time via a daily construction report. Motivate everyone to complete work in a quality and safe manner. Understand job specifications and how we are paid for work done. Track payment quantities Maintain and enforce safety rules, regulations and procedures.
