Wastchak, LLC has been providing support for energy efficiency home programs as well as home performance evaluations/energy audits in the Phoenix market for over 10 years. For new homes, DRW conducts Home Energy Ratings and quality control testing and inspections for home builders to certify their homes for the EPA?s ENERGY STAR for Homes program as well as for local utility company energy programs. For existing homes, DRW completes testing, inspections and energy audits for home owners to identify areas of the building envelope and HVAC system that can be improved to increase the energy efficiency of a home. As a general contractor, DRW also self performs some corrective repair work to homes as well as subcontracting of work to trade contractors for insulation, window and HVAC improvements. Primary Responsibilities: ? Travel to home building job sites throughout the Phoenix metro area as scheduled by office; ? Conduct quality control testing and inspections for home builders to verify that minimum standards are met for compliance with various energy efficiency new home programs; ?
