For new homes, DRW conducts Home Energy Ratings and quality control testing and inspections for home builders to certify their homes for the EPA?s ENERGY STAR for Homes program as well as for local utility company energy programs. For existing homes, DRW completes testing, inspections and energy audits for home owners to identify areas of the building envelope and HVAC system that can be improved to increase the energy efficiency of a home.
