Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager Company: Location: Dover, DE Description: Quality Control Manager Must travel to Dover AFB daily oversee QC program for 117,000sf medical laboratory for Army Core of Engineers project; job duration 15 months. Responsible for daily management and implementation of Quality Control plan, including implementation of the three phase control system, reporting, safety, reviewing, certifying and managing submittals, LEED, & other project documentation. Requirements/Qualifications: Graduate Eng/Arch/CM or Engineer Tech w/2 yrs college minimum and ICC Certified (Commercial Bldg. Inspector) with 5 yrs min construction experience.
