Job Title: Construction Inspector Company: D'Onofrio, Kottke & Associates, Inc Location: Madison, WI Description: We are seeking a Construction Inspector with a minimum of 5 years experience in street and utility reconstruction.  This position would be responsible for inspecting and keeping daily records of all utility infrastructure replacement and repairs as well as street reconstruction work. This is a temporary position expected to last 10 to 12 weeks.

This position will exhibit flexibility and expertise as an inspector. Responsibilities: ? Inspects machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications. ? Reads blueprints or engineering specifications to obtain product information, such as specified material, surface finish, and dimensions. ? In-process inspection of parts ? Review outgoing certification packets and physical parts to insure conformance to customer requirements ? Receiving Inspection of product from outside suppliers to insure conformance ? Control all measuring equipment; calibration and maintenance ? Follow specific work instructions to package materials and products manually ? Ability to multi-task & utilize time management ? Additional duties as requested/needed Knowledge & Skill Requirements: ? High School diploma or equivalent ? 5+ Years QA Inspector in a metals manufacturing environment. ? Knowledge of measuring equipment and calibration of equipment ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints ? Proven experience with Customer submittal processes ? Must be efficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer literacy. ?
