Our extensive knowledge and experience helps identify potential issues or cost impacts early in the design when they can still be effectively mitigated. ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage projects and grow our site design and urban redevelopment business in Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for business development, staff management and project direction for large site development and infrastructure engineering projects, often as part of a multidisciplinary professional team. This professional will develop marketing initiatives, develop and execute plans to obtain new business, and supervise technical staff within the existing framework of our two local multidisciplinary teams from our Providence and Boston offices. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Typically requires at least 10 years of civil site design and project management experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license in MA and/or RI. LEED-AP Certification a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to make public presentations of technical material. Demonstrated success in business development. Candidates who are local to and familiar with the eastern MA and RI area will be given preference.
