Create professional handoff to clients Monitor trends in the architectural and engineering industries Cooperative ideas for mentoring program focusing on building relationships, open communication and the sharing of appropriate knowledge to benefit both colleagues, operations and the firm Use project appropriate software to manage costs and change orders. Create formal documentation for mentoring program Specialize the consulting and engineering firm that works with private and public sector clients to address their new ventures and complex problems involving the environment, natural resources and the civil infrastructure. Monitor success of marketing and business development endeavors Create technical documentation process and supporting structures Create Cost Submission Forms Architectural and Engineering design, surveying services, planning and grant acquisition. Review contractor licenses and certificates of insurance Monitor sub-contractor payments in accordance with contractual rules File construction plans at local municipalities
