Job Title: Sr. Product Marketing Manager Company: Masco Location: Indianapolis, IN Description: Delta Faucet Company has an outstanding opportunity for an innovative, talented Sr. Product Marketing Manager at its Indianapolis corporate headquarters.  This position is responsible for the product life cycle from conception through obsolescence. Primary responsibilities include: Portfolio Optimization: Striking an optimal balance between expansion, obsolescence, cost reductions and pricing for established product lines. New Product Development: Identification of new product opportunities, establishing product definition while challenging organizational constraints and executing development against clearly defined cost/timing requirements. Continuous Improvement: Constructively challenging current thinking on processes and driving the organization towards elimination of waste ($ and time). Our ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a business or engineering-related field, advanced degree (MBA) preferred and 8 or more years of practical marketing/product development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the building products industry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze data is required; a background in market research is a plus. Successful candidate will possess demonstrated project management skills, highly developed communication skills and solid design-sense. Must feel comfortable challenging current thinking and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. Must be able to excel in a team environment and have a well developed understanding of sales and marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required.
