Job Title: Senior Construction Scheduler Company: HDR, Inc. Location: Kansas City, MO Description: The primary duties of the Sr Scheduler requires a highly energetic, detail oriented individual who will assist the Project Manager(s) with planning and monitoring all aspects of major design, design/build and construction management projects. This Specialist will prepare base schedules, perform schedule reviews, monthly schedule update analysis, time impact analysis, investigate and analyze schedule impacts, monitor and document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts, act as liaison between the Client, Contractors or Designers concerning construction issues/conflicts and plan revisions. Monitor, review and report to the Project Manager and or clients, the status of schedules with regard to construction contract schedule compliance with the construction contract specifications, and shall review and provide written summary progress reports stating acceptability or unacceptability of the schedules. Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules required.
